Also known as “Level 4 eLearning”, these customized solutions are non-linear, real-world experiences via simulation and immersive environments. These Learning Objects also feature multi-path designs, allowing users to navigate their way through the course by selecting options that take them through the most efficient route to completion. Our interactive assessment models include weighted scoring and tracking.
Game-Based Learning
Game-based learning delivers employees a fully-fledged, interactive game with learning content woven throughout. The typical scenario for a learning game involves playing a segment of the game and then being presented with some traditional eLearning material. The game helps boost engagement levels as learners work through the content, helping them take in more of the training and increase knowledge retention.
