Staff Augmentation

Scale your eLearning production capabilities and maximize output without increasing internal headcount.

Q: What is eLearning staff augmentation?

eLearning staff augmentation allows organizations to quickly expand their internal learning production capacity by integrating specialized external professionals into existing workflows and teams.

Actívica provides specialized staff augmentation talent, from individual Articulate Storyline and Rise developers to full production pods. We integrate quickly into your team to handle eLearning, multimedia, accessibility, and GenAI-enabled content operations.

Let’s talk

What is eLearning staff augmentation?

Staff augmentation adds Actívica specialists to a learning team without putting them on the company payroll. Corporate learning groups, training consultancies, government contractors, and eLearning agencies use it when production exceeds internal capacity. The support is one Storyline or Rise developer, or a full production pod for multimedia, accessibility, and content operations, working inside the client's workflow. The team delivers more, and the internal headcount stays the same.
